PRIZES

A. Grand Prize The one (1) Grand Prize will consist of a round-trip coach air travel to Los Angeles, California, for the winner and a guest from a major airport, four day/three night hotel accommodations based on double occupancy and an audition to appear on "Dirty Rotten Cheater." The audition is contingent on the show's production schedule. If the show is canceled, the winner will still receive the trip to LA, however they will not audition for the show. NOTE: The Grand Prize must be awarded by February 5th, 2003 and travel must be completed no later than June 2004.
B. Secondary Prize:For the twenty (20) participating markets, there will be three (3) $1000.00 prizes which will be available for the first caller who calls in with the correct answer to the question that will be shown during the February 3rd episode of Dirty Rotten Cheater that airs in the market specified time zone. The selected markets are:Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Sacramento, Seattle, Tampa, Washington DC, and West Palm Beach.
C. Runner Up Prize:Five (5) X-Boxes will be awarded nationally in a random drawing of names from all entries received.

Comments: Viewers will be directed to log on to www.pax.tv. They will asked to choose who they think is the final cheater (cheater announced at the end of the show) from the February 3rd episode, based on contestants photos and descriptions available online. Those entrants who correctly choose the final February 3rd cheater will be eligible to win the grand prize. Additionally, in selected markets (see Section C below), beginning on January 21, 2003 and ending on February 3, 2003 at 12:00pm (EST), PAX TV viewers will be invited to pick up a game card at participating sponsor locations and watch the February 3, 2003 local broadcast of "Dirty Rotten Cheater."( check local listings). During the local broadcast of "Dirty Rotten Cheater" on February 3, 2003, viewers will be invited to call the phone number on the screen with the correct answer to the question displayed during the local broadcast for a chance to win a $1000 gift certificate from American Express. The first caller to call in with the correct answer wins. Other prizes will be awarded to viewers based on a random selection drawing from all entries. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted.

One (1) name will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible online entries, which includes only those entrants who chose the correct and final Dirty Rotten Cheater at the end of the show. The winner's name will be displayed after the February 3, 2003 broadcast of "Dirty Rotten Cheater." This person must call the PAX TV telephone number displayed during this broadcast within 48 hours to claim their Grand Prize. The winner will be selected from those entries selected with the correct final cheater that is announced in the show. Additionally, the first caller with the correct answer to a question displayed during the February 3, 2003 "Dirty Rotten Cheater" broadcast will be awarded a Secondary Prize. Finally, five names will be drawn from all entries nationwide for a Runner-Up prize.
