Comments: Recipes must include at least six cloves of fresh or three teaspoons minced/chopped garlic. Email recipes to clove@gilroygarlicfestival.com. Finalists must make their own travel arrangements to Gilroy, CA, and participate in the cook-off July 28-29, 2006.
