Prize: 3 day/2 night trip for two to New York City to see The Roots perform live; transporation to Philadelphia on The Roots tour bus; 3/2 night stay in Philadelphia; backstage passes to both concerts; $1,000 in cash (ARV 4,350).

Comments: The tentative dates for the Grand Prize fulfillment will be from March 13, 2003 - March 17, 2003 and are subject to change at MTVN's sole discretion. MTVN will make three attempts to contact the winner by telephone.
