Grand Prize (1): 3 day, 2 night trip for two. [The location and specific date to be decided by sponsor] Winner will be given the opportunity to win a $1,000,000 prize by correctly identifying Walnut Crest Merlot from a blind wine tasting challenge of 50 different Merlot wines. If sponsor determines that a winner lives within driving distance of sponsor chosen location winner will be transported via limousine (ARV $5,000).
If the $1,000,000 prize is won, it will be awarded in the form of a thirty (30) year annuity that pays out $33,334 per year for thirty (30) years without interest.
Consolation Prize: In the event that the Grand Prize winner fails to correctly identify the Walnut Crest Merlot in the blind tasting challenge the Grand Prize winner will be awarded a consolation prize of $10,000.

Comments: Trip includes meals, lodging and all transportation for two. Winner does not have to take a guest but there is no cash equivalent for the guest companion option. Exact dates and location are to be determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and will be final.
