Comments: This is the first year that the company has done this promotion, and the rules are vague. It's clearly aimed at engaged couples in the Washington, D.C. area, but is open to all. To enter, tell the story of how you and your fiance/fiancee met, fell in love, and got engaged in 400 words or less. The prize will be awarded on 9/14/03, so I put that as the end date.
