Comments: Submit up to three main-dish recipes that take only 30 minutes active time to prepare (not including baking, simmering, cooling, etc.). Recipes containing meat, poultry or fish will be disqualified; dairy products and eggs are allowed. Send your recipe(s) to editor@vegetariantimes.com with your name, address, daytime phone number and title of recipe with "Recipe Contest" in the subject line.
