Grand Prize: CMT Ultimate Country Home (furnished) located in Fairview, TN (ARV $480,500). Winner will also receive a 2003 Kia Sorento EX standard mid-size 4x2 SUV (ARV $24,805). Winner may elect by August 1, 2003 a $300,000 lump sum payment in lieu of the house (including all furnishings) and car to be paid no later than December 31, 2003. If winner chooses the house he/she must be prepared to close no later than September 1, 2003. All closing costs will be paid by sponsor.
First prize (12): 4-day/3-night trip for two to Nashville, TN (6/23/03-6/27/03) for taping of the CMT Ultimate Country Home TV show (ARV $3,000).
Second prize (10): Hoover WindTunnel V2 Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner (ARV $260).

Comments: Grand prize will be awarded during a CMT special, in which the first prize winners receive keys...only one opens the house! May alternatively enter from BHG.com or Lowes.com.
