2. Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Required): In this method you don’t need to participate in their survey all you have to do is Hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “TJX Brands Survey Sweepstakes,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O.
