The www.Survey.Walmart.com Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01am Central Time (“CT”) on October 29, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59pm CT on January 27, 2023.
Eligibility
Open only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter.
Entry Limit
There is a limit of seventy-eight (78) entries per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

No Purchase Required: To enter without making a purchase, You must visit https://www.entry.survey.walmart.com and then follow the online instructions to complete and submit the online entry form by providing your valid details.
Make A Purchase: Buy anything at a participating Walmart retail location to receive survey invitation recipient and then visit https://survey.walmart.com (“website”) and then follow the online instructions to complete the survey and submit the online entry form by providing your valid details. Surveys must be completed within one (1) week from the cash register receipt date and by 11:59:59pm CT.
SURVEY INVITE: Make a purchase at Walmart.com, Walmart.com/grocery, a participating Walmart retail location and any Walmart mobile apps or websites between the Sweepstakes Period and are the recipient of a survey invitation via e-mail (the “Invitation”) must visit the unique survey URL found within the Invitation to complete the survey.
WRITE-IN: On a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: 2022 Walmart Sweepstakes, PO Box 228, Macedon, NY, 14502-0228.
